"We never really used the production planning": inFlow

Some MRPeasy churn is a category correction. We earn from none of these, and none is our first pick for the shops we serve, but each has a lane. Fishbowl suits operations wedded to QuickBooks — especially Desktop — with quote-based pricing and more Windows-era weight than the cloud tools above. Odoo is the tinkerer's answer: modular open-source ERP with a very cheap per-app entry (inventory from around $25/month) and real depth, paid for in implementation effort — budget consultant help or a technical hire. Cin7 Core (formerly DEAR) leans multichannel retail and fits sellers juggling storefronts more than true factories. At the tiny end, Craftybase (around $99/month) serves handmade producers tracking materials and COGS, and Zoho Inventory is the budget kitting pick — neither is built for a production floor with machinery on it.

When staying with MRPeasy is the right call

Run the math before you migrate. At $49 per user with a two-user floor, MRPeasy's $98/month entry is still the cheapest ticket into real MRP anywhere, lot traceability included from the bottom tier — Katana can't touch that price and inFlow can't touch that capability. The per-seat sting also softens at scale: past ten users, additional users are priced in blocks of ten at $79 per block, which drops the effective per-seat cost well below sticker. And a utilitarian interface that already holds your BOMs, routings, and two years of lot history is worth more than a prettier one holding nothing.
