Where MRPeasy wins

MRPeasy thinks in production orders. It answers the questions a factory actually asks: can Thursday's run happen with the materials on hand, which work center is the bottleneck, what did that batch really cost in labor and materials, and — the one that saves careers in food, beverage, CBD, and nutraceuticals — which lots went into which batches and where they shipped. Lot traceability comes included even at $49/user, and the two-user Starter entry at $98/month is the lowest price of admission to real MRP anywhere. Where inFlow wins

inFlow thinks in scans. Goods get labeled and scanned at receiving, picked and packed by scan, counted by scan — and inventory accuracy stops being a monthly argument. The mobile apps are the best we've seen at this price, the built-in label designer prints straight to the Zebra, Sato, and Tharo thermal printers we supply, and a small team is productive in days, not weeks. Assembly and kitting are handled through the BOM/work-order add-on, which is genuinely fine for combine-parts-into-products operations. What inFlow doesn't do is plan production — no routings, no capacity, no scheduling board — and its lot-tracking depth is not where a regulated food or supplement manufacturer should hang a recall response. The gray zone: light assembly

Plenty of operations sit in between — you assemble or kit products, but there's no routing to speak of. Here's the tiebreak we use: if a batch or lot number ever needs to follow your product out the door (food, beverage, cosmetics, supplements, CBD), take MRPeasy even though it's more software than you need today, because traceability is brutal to retrofit. If your products carry no lot obligations and your real job is fulfillment accuracy, take inFlow and enjoy the easier life.
